In short: less work, more impact!
While the benefits are clear, there are a couple of factors to consider.
Permanent lighting systems come with a higher upfront cost than temporary alternatives - but they quickly pay off in saved time and long-term durability.
It's also worth noting that by avoiding the annual cost of having a company install and remove temporary lights, a permanent lighting system typically pays for itself within three years.
Some users may also find the app interface requires a bit of a learning curve, especially if they’re less familiar with smart home technology. That said, Celebright has strived to make their system as simple to use, and most customers find the system intuitive once they’re up and running!
Yes, they absolutely can.
Permanent Christmas lights enhances your home’s curb appeal, improves exterior visibility, and adds smart, modern functionality that many buyers look for. It’s a visible upgrade that feels thoughtful, well-designed, and practical.
Beyond aesthetics, having a professionally installed system already in place saves future homeowners time and effort - which adds perceived value. Well-executed permanent lighting is often seen as a long-term home enhancement.
We’ve built our system differently, because we built it ourselves.
Celebright is fully vertically integrated, meaning we design, engineer, and supply every component in-house. That gives us more control over quality, consistency, and performance than companies that outsource or piece together third-party products.
Our lights feature a compact 20mm frosted bulb - smaller than most, but brighter and more efficient - engineered for clarity, low power usage, and longevity. The entire system runs on just 24V, using less energy than a single 40W bulb for 100 lights.
It’s a premium, purpose-built solution - smart, energy conscious, and made to last.
Product
Each RGB light can produce 16 million colors. These lights can be combined together to form billions of combinations!
Yes! You can set them to turn on and off at specific times and dates. For example, you could load your Halloween preset at 5pm and turn off at 1am on every Halloween for the next 20 years. The start and end time can also be set to follow the sunrise and sunset for your location and will follow that as is changes through the year. Set for St Patty's, Birthdays, anything you like - and once set, the lights will just do their thing without any babysitting.
Our system can be controlled through our free Celebright Cloud App on any Android or Apple iOS device. There's also a web portal where they can be controlled from any web browser.

Celebright lights are built to last for the long haul.
The bulbs are rated for 50,000 hours of use, that’s years of lighting without needing to replace a single one. Because they run cool and use energy efficiently, the electronics don’t face the same wear and tear you’d see in traditional setups.
Everything is sealed against the elements, and the aluminum track offers added protection from UV exposure. Even the bulb covers are UV-rated to prevent yellowing or cracking over time. Bottom line?
They’re designed to look great and work reliably, year after year.
Very. The aluminum track is a key part of what sets Celebright apart from cheaper department store brands..
It hides all wiring for a clean, professional look and allows the system to blend in seamlessly with your home’s architecture. But it’s more than just aesthetic, this track also protects the lights from weather, sun exposure, and physical damage, which helps extend the lifespan of the entire system.
It’s sleek, it’s durable, and it’s essential for both performance and appearance.
Reliability is baked into every part of the system.
Celebright lights are low-voltage and energy efficient, which means they stay cool, minimizing the risk of electronic failure. Every connection is waterproof, and all the components are fully sealed to prevent corrosion, even in harsh weather.
This isn’t a string of lights you swap out each season, it’s a permanent solution built for dependable, everyday use.
It’s a smart system, but using it couldn’t be simpler.
You control everything through the Celebright cloud based app. When you make a change - like selecting colors or setting a schedule - the app sends that command to a secure cloud server. From there, the signal reaches your home’s control box, which tells each light what to do.
Every bulb can be individually controlled, so you can create patterns, sequences, or full custom displays with just a few taps. It’s powerful tech, made easy.
Every part of the Celebright system was built with intention, and primarily built in-house.
Unlike many other companies that rely on third-party parts, we’re vertically integrated. That means the app, control box, and even the tracks were developed by us, for this exact purpose. It results in better reliability, smarter compatibility, and consistent quality across the board.
Our bulbs are smaller (just 20mm) but deliver bright, vibrant color with less energy. And because we focus on efficiency and green tech from the inside out, the entire system is as sustainable as it is stylish.
From design to install, it’s a smarter approach to permanent lighting, one that makes a real difference.
Installation
The primary driver of cost is how many linear feet of lighting is being installed. Each house presents its own installation challenges, so there's no blanket answer for this.
Estimates are free, and often we can get all the measurements we need from google maps. This means we can usually get an estimate back to you super quick!
Installation depends on the size and complexity of the job, but generally an installation can be completed in a single day.
We have dealers across North America. Please reach out to see if there's a dealer in your area. Our Head Office is located in Ottawa Ontario, Canada.
Permanent lighting systems are typically installed in just one day.
Your installer will mount a small control box - usually in the garage, though outdoor placements are also possible. Then, low-profile light tracks are installed along the soffits of your home. These tracks hold compact, durable bulbs that sit neatly against the roofline, so they stay hidden during the day and shine brightly at night.
We also install small connecting wires between roof sections - these are carefully tucked away or hidden to keep the finished look clean and professional.
Lastly, your installer will give you a guided tour of the app so you're able to get the most from your new investment.
From setup to smart app control, the entire process is designed to be smooth, efficient, and discreet.
Yes, all Celebright Dealers go through structured training before they begin installations.
We evaluate their first projects closely to ensure they meet our quality standards, and our team offers support at every step, from quoting to final setup. We also monitor long-term customer satisfaction through app reviews and feedback, helping us maintain consistency across every market.
It’s all part of delivering a professional, reliable experience from day one.
